We had an excellent experience at Richard from start to finish. The process from initial contact through driving off the lot went very smooth and was incredibly fast. Working with Eric was a pleasure- very friendly and he was able to work out a deal that was far more competitive than other dealers. John went above and beyond in creating a positive experience while reviewing the vehicle setup and details (my kids are still using the keychain flashlights!). The paperwork process with Jack was very easy and quick- docs were well prepared and fully explained as we went through. Overall we had a very positive experience and will certainly recommend Richard going forward!
Best Chevy dealership my husband and I have ever been to! Nick helped us with professionalism and great service!! My husband and I where in dire need to change out our winter tires before a storm hit and Nick told us to come in within the hour. He was a life savor! From the time I entered the building until the time I left she was very courteous, professional and answered all my questions very thoroughly and with ease. My appointment was faster than I anticipated.
the service representative acted immediately on my call and sent a driver to pick me up. She also gave me the number for Chevy road side service who also acted quickly and efficiently and had my vehicle delivered to the dealer. I was given a new vehicle free of charge to drive while mine was being repaired. My car was repaired and returned to me within 24 hours.
I have to say I really like that there is no waiting upon arrival! You just pull up to the garage in front, they let you right in and they come and greet you right at your door!
