While my snow tires were on my car, I ordered tires from Tirebuyer and had them delivered to Monro. I dealt with MIke on the phone, dropped off my old tires and rims and had the new tires mounted. It can't get any better or easier than this. As good as it gets
Brought our car to have the breaks in the front replaced, they did a great job, and had that, plus an oil change done! Make an appointment for your service needs, they will have you in and out quickly!
Ken the district manager was very helpful with my needs, Alex did the work phenomenal job I might add and Mike is the new manager and he was very respectful to me .I appreciate all the kindness,honesty, and fast ,prompt work on my vehicle. Very Disappointing! I called for an oil change, a brake inspection for a squeal and rear suspension noise to be diagnosed. I figured these would be simple to find since it happens so frequently. I got a call saying my oil change was ready & it was time to pick up the car and that they couldn't reenact the noise from the suspension with the test drive and going over several bumps, which was shocking to hear from him. I asked about the brakes and the manager, Mike, stated he forgot to put that in the inspection notes. (They should've heard the squeal backing out of the parking spot and the brakes are supposed to be inspected when the oil change is performed!) I gave him another hour and a half, which was all the time my ride had, to inspect the brakes to which he agreed would get done. I arrive at that time to ask about the brakes again. Mike was once again, unaware! He then went to ask the tech to come back and tell me that the tech heard from the original tech that looked at my car, that the brakes were fine, so he didn't further inspect. Mike realized there was poor communication and apologized again. After driving away disappointed that they did not diagnose my problems properly, I returned to my office to then discover hand prints on my leather seats and glove compartment. In addition to that, a large boot print on my rear back door jamb, apparently from them trying to diagnose the suspension issue, by bouncing on my car! No wonder they couldn't diagnose it! I wouldn't recommend anyone go to Monro!!! Time to shape up a bit and get your acts together!
If I could give this one zero stars I would. I have always loved monro muffler because the one in my town is always so polite and go out of their way for their customers. This location in Cheshire is the exact opposite. They are rude, they make mistakes, they make you pay for their mistakes and then pay to fix it, they are short with you, and they literally do not care at all about the customer just the profit. If you're looking for any kind of service have it done elsewhere. You really don't want to waste your time with them.
