My grandmother recieved a basket for her birthday today. It was horribly arranged, and should never have been approved for delivery. The entire back was void of flowers and the foam was exposed. It only looked decent from one angle and the stargazer lily (the centerpiece) was rusty and gone by. Whoever made the arrangement clearly was cheaping out or not qualified to be working there. Also the man who delivered the basket was rude and unhelpful. He almost left without delivering it because my grandmother was slow to get to the door. She asked him to help carry it up the stairs and he just pushed it into her hands and left. I never write reviews but this was so bad that I felt the need to go out of my way and do this.
