Wow Just got off the phone with Mark Gracia regarding a property and he had such a condescending attitude. It was under deposit already and he wouldn't even speak to me. He actually hung up on me. Didn't even offer me another house, nothing. Absolutely unacceptable service. William Raveis needs to do some serious quality control on their agents.
