I now go to Topnotch on the south side of Cheshire and am quite happy. Plus they have an onsite tailor with whom to discuss repairs.

Went there for years but then they destroyed the buttons on one of my suits.
The nerve! Especially to treat a long-time customer that way.
But no more.
I asked them to replace the buttons they broke in the dry cleaning process but they blamed me for the broken buttons!

Not sure what the privileged is to go to JennyKs but customer satisfaction is not a priority at this small laundry chain.
