This business does not stand behind their dry cleaning. The shirt laundry may be ok, BUT the dry cleaning is BAD. They ruined a new garment and never even apologized, much less reimbursed me. There are other dry cleaners in town. Don't go here, if you value your clothes, quality and good customer service.
Great customer service...family operated. The young adults who work there are very polite, courteous, and engaging.
Inexperienced dry cleaner. Maybe they were good at one time, but businesses change.
That last review sounds nothing like the top notch I know. I've been using them for three years, never had a single problem. Not only do the clothes come out impeccable but I've never, not once, had even a chipped button let alone a shirt full of them. The staff are always extremely careful, courteous and know everyone by name. Plus they have the best prices around. And any problems are handled fairly. It sounds to me like you are mistaken, or perhaps your shirts were just cheaply made.
I have never had anything but fantastic service! They do a wonderful job and their tailor is phenomenal. She did a last-minute quick turnaround job for me recently with no complaints and a very reasonable price.
